Walking is great for cardiovascular health….but it has some limitations when it comes to longevity and length of life… Strength training doesn’t mean you have to be in the gym all day…it can start with 10-15 minutes a day. Sound doable?

Rehabbing injury is another form of personal training. So it will cost more. There’s another way…kind of like how you mitigate against high cost motor repairs with insurance, you could do the same with injury. Invest in PT or physio to teach you how to move, not to count your reps and give you a massage.
