Zach Roberts has spent two decades doing what great people do - showing up, solving problems, and delivering results.

As our Project Manager for Special Projects, Zach has worked across residential, hotel, and commercial projects, -bringing the same commitment to every one. He's the person others rely on — and trust completely.
A doer. A leader. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and the people around him.

Zach embodies what we value at Pace - ownership, consistency, and a focus on getting it right. It's no surprise he's a 2025 Achievement Award winner.
