Sometimes life cracks something open.

An event.
A conversation.
A moment you never saw coming.

And suddenly you are not only dealing with what is happening now…

you are feeling everything it has touched from before.

Old wounds.
Old fears.
Old versions of yourself you thought you had already made peace with.

I know this because something enormous has moved through my own family recently.

It affected all of us.

And it reminded me that healing isn’t always about finally being finished with something.

Sometimes an old wound returns because life has touched the tender place again.

This New Moon in Virgo asks us not to run from that place.

𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁.

We tend a flame so it doesn’t go out.

We tend a garden so it can grow.

We tend a wound so it can heal.

Maybe we deserve that same devotion.

So beneath this dark Moon, don’t ask yourself what you need to become next.

Ask something quieter.

A Total Solar Eclipse in Leo moves across the sky today, temporarily extinguishing the light of the Sun before revealing it again.

And there is something profoundly human in that.

Because sometimes we lose sight of our own light too.

We make ourselves easier to understand.

Less loud. Less wild. Less visible.

We postpone the thing we ache to create.
Swallow the words we know need speaking.
Stay inside lives we’ve already outgrown.

Leo does not ask us to do that.

Leo rules the heart, creative fire, courage, pleasure and the audacity to occupy our own lives fully.

What do I want to manifest?

An eclipse can mark the beginning of a chapter whose meaning we won’t understand immediately.

So don’t force an answer today.

Stand at the threshold.

Almost a year ago, I placed Lemon Balm into Grapeseed Oil and tucked her away in a dark cupboard.

Then I waited.

No one could see what was happening.

But something was.

Time was doing what no hands ever could.

Tonight, beneath the 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻, I poured every tin of 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗺 & 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗲 by hand for the August Ritual Boxes.

The Aquarius Full Moon is a mirror.

It doesn’t create the transformation.

A little update from pottery class…

Some days the clay listens.
Some days it has its own opinions. 😂

Today was a good day.

Three little bowls joined the SoulTree family, and I can already imagine the rituals they’ll one day hold.

The best part?

Watching a lump of clay slowly remember what it was always meant to become.
