Information Technology and Vocational Trainer (2013-present)
Trainer in Vocational, Business and IT Certificates.
Duties include:
• Development of Certificate 1 and 11 curriculum for employment agencies associated with the WCIG network.
• Delivery of curriculum to trainees with disabilities and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Achievements: Successfully communicated and engaged students who suffered from a range of medical issues including anxiety, depression, learning disabilities and physical impairment. As a result I have become an in demand trainer at WCIG. Developed the ‘Experience Plus Program’ which is a government initiative to combat unemployment in strategic area such as Geelong where recent loss of industries has resulted in higher unemployment figures
