Oh we love weddings! This was the start of our four course Mexican Fiesta Menu. Followed by two appetisers, a taco station and finished off with three flavours of Paella. We left the night with full bellies and happy campers 🥂❤️

Tomorrow we will be closing for the day to farewell our Brother, Justin.
Those who've tried our Paella, Justin most likely cooked that for you. He was a huge part of our food truck, spending most Wednesday nights serving out food at Silver Sands.
But most importantly he was a great kid, always there for family and friends, always with good jokes. A devoted father and partner to his fiance and their three boys.
He may be gone but he will never be forgotten.

HEY TEAM!
We are so excited to finally share with you our news that we are going into our own place!
It’s been a hard slog over the past four years; we realised that if we ever wanted our own place we had to work smart and hard. So we started in a marquee selling our Paella, then bought a food truck to expand into private catering and events. FINALLY we are here with a funky little place right on the foreshore!
Thank you all for your support and following our journey to get where we are today.
Don’t worry - the truck won’t be disappearing! It’ll still be out and about during the warmer months and available for private catering!
