Meet Brandon!

Brandon is one of the young guns on the MyOnlineGuy content team. However, his unofficial role as the office cakesmith is just as critical to keeping morale high around here! You haven’t lived until you’ve tried a Brandon original cheesecake 🤤

As our resident baking pro, Brandon could tell you that creating great web content is just like baking a cake: there are a lot of ingredients behind every creation! Brandon brings his trademark enthusiasm to every part of the role, from SEO keyword research to writing and editing.

Brandon’s curiosity and passion for learning keep us constantly levelling up our skills. In fact, exploring so many different topics is what he loves most about working at MOG (along with the great vibes and office banter, of course)

Forget astrology - at MyOnlineGuy, we believe your go-to sushi order is a window to the soul. Ever the optimist, Brandon is just over the moon every time sushi day rolls around! We love that energy 🙌

Meet Hayley!

Hayley’s official title might be our Administration and Social Media Marketing Manager, but she is so much more! If there’s anything that needs to be done in the office, Hayley is almost finished doing it, nothing gets past her. 😎

Hayley’s jobs extend past admin and social media, she is our office DJ and music curator. No matter what mood the office is in, she always has the right playlist to keep us happy and productive. We’ve done some experiments and found that it’s scientifically impossible to be in a bad mood when she’s in the office!

Wise beyond her years, her favourite thing about working with us is the fact that she gets to come in and do work that she enjoys (and is great at!) every day as part of an amazing team.

As a sushi loving office, we couldn’t share some facts about Hayley without letting you know her favourite sushi order. You’ll find Hayley enjoying a katsu chicken and cucumber sushi roll with kewpie mayo, when she isn’t bringing in one of her gourmet homemade lunches!

Dan mixes traditional writing principles with modern SEO understanding, making him a font of knowledge for not only writing engaging website and blog content, but enabling it to rank highly in record time as well.

The range of businesses that we work with every day is one of Dan’s favourite things about the job. No matter who the client is, or how long we have worked with them, Dan’s love of learning and absorbing new information makes him an invaluable member of the team, and a great person to have a conversation with!

Meet Jimmy!

We’re sure you’re all familiar with Jimmy’s face by now. He is the owner and director of My Online Guy and also heads up all our sales.

Jimmy’s role is a bit like running the pass in a restaurant. While he may not cook the food these days, he still checks every plate before it goes out to make sure it meets the MOG standards that our clients expect.

You will still always find Jimmy dabbling in every aspect of the business. From sales to SEO, to website and content planning, he is involved in almost every aspect of every project, whether directly or indirectly.

Even after years in business, Jimmy still loves the fact that still to this day, he’s itching to get to the office. He says working with and being surrounded by people that share his values and mission helps with that a lot!

Of course, to get to know someone you have to know their sushi order. You’ll catch Jimmy ordering soft shell crab sushi on sushi day in the office.
