I am glad to be a member of Australian delegates in the recent Australian International Development Mission to Asian Development Bank (ADB) held at the ADB headquarters in Manila. My one-on-one meetings with several ADB executives and private sector in the Philippines gave myself and huge motivation and strategic directions to work on innovation projects that can help local governments and development agencies in the region. Thanks to the Australian government for giving me this awesome opportunity to participate the mission.

I'm glad to see our interns Rajum and Pooja presenting their progresses with the project team at client's premise this afternoon. It is so good to observe Rajum and Pooja developing skills in gathering, analysing, validating and documenting client's business requirements.
I'm sure they are experiencing the difference between studying in university classroom and working with clients in real environment. In today's meeting they must have learned how conflicts, biases and difference of opinions among the project stakeholders arise, and how tough it is to normalize such issues. I'm impressed their willingness to learn, act and produce desired milestones on time.
