ππ MIDWEEK CHECK-IN
Weβre halfway through the weekβ¦ how are you really going? π±
Sometimes weβre so focused on whatβs next that we forget to recognise how far weβve already come.
So today, take a moment to check in:
π Whatβs one win youβve had this week?
π Have you taken a step towards one of your goals?
π Is there something you need a little extra support with?
π What can you do for yourself before the week is over?
Remember, progress doesnβt have to be huge to count. Showing up, trying again and taking one small step forward is still progress. π
β¨ Keep going. You might be further along than you think.

π SUPPORT THAT BUILDS INDEPENDENCE π
Great support isnβt about doing everything for you itβs about helping you build the confidence and skills to do more for yourself. π±
At Solid Start Learning Pathways, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to grow, learn and have greater choice in their own life.
That might mean:
π Learning a new everyday skill
π Building confidence to make your own decisions
π Getting more involved in your community
π Working towards a personal goal
π Trying something independently for the first time
And remember independence looks different for everyone. Thereβs no single pathway and no set timeline.
Weβre here to work alongside you, celebrate the wins and support you as you take the next step. π
β¨ Your goals. Your growth. Your future.

π FINDING THE RIGHT PROVIDERS FOR YOU π
Choosing providers can sometimes feel overwhelming.
There are plenty of options out there but not every provider will be the right fit for every person.
Thatβs where good Support Coordination can make a difference. π±
At Solid Start Learning Pathways, we can help participants explore their options and connect with providers that align with their:
π Individual goals
π Support needs
π Preferences and circumstances
π Location and availability
π NDIS plan and funding
We can help you understand your options, ask the right questions and make an informed choice about who you want supporting you.
Because itβs not about choosing providers for you.
β¨ Itβs about giving you the information and options to choose what feels right for YOU.
Your plan. Your choice. Your pathway. ππ

ππ TIME TO REFLECT ON THE WEEK THAT WAS
Before we rush into the weekend, take a moment to look back at the week youβve had. π±
Maybe you reached a goal. Maybe you tried something new. Maybe things didnβt quite go to plan but you kept going.
Take a moment to ask yourself:
π What am I proud of this week?
π What did I learn?
π What challenged me?
π Whatβs one thing I want to take into next week?
Progress isnβt always measured by the big milestones. Sometimes the smallest steps deserve the biggest celebration. β¨
Celebrate your wins, enjoy the weekend and come back ready for another week of possibilities.
π Reflect. Recharge. Keep moving forward. π
