There is a place not far from home in the Macedon Ranges called hanging rock. It is rich with cultural significance and true Australian history. Its age-old tall and mossy rocks hold secrets of the past and a great mystery. In the early 1900s a group of girls from a boarding school take a field trip to hanging rock. Four girls go up into the rocks, one returns in hysterics, the other is later found both girls suffer memory loss. The other two have disappeared. The truth remains unknown though paranormal mystery speculates. This story has become an inspiration to the continuation of my writing. Re-imagine a new ending to this mystery when we go "Chasing shadows back in the light."
