It has been 226 days since my last post.
I can’t tell you the challenge that has been for my OCD but it has been so incredibly necessary for my soul.

My introvert self-guiding my extrovert.

My life was filled to the brim with expectations that were not serving my true-self.

When the expectation is to share.
When the expectation is to promote.
When the expectation is to positively shine.
When the expectation is to know.
And to show up. Always.
It’s exhausting.

Self-granted permission to be completely frank here. Travel has truly grounded my feet. I’m not racing to jump on a plane… anymore. For the first time in my life. I’ve been leaning in to all my discomforts and feeling all the feels. The conversation around travel and humanity needed to change and thank goodness. It has. Now we talk different.

An insurmountable load has been unpacked since January 2019 when Covid cancellations began and I feel lighter than ever. No more excess baggage queues, thank you. Metaphorically speaking.

Now I am of my own Freedom.

Freedom to feel.
Freedom to heal.
Freedom to connect.
Freedom to share.
Freedom to laugh.
Freedom to smile.
Freedom to choose.

Simply put, I believe in Freedom.
Period.

I am choosing my own path and putting my own feet forward. My sometimes bare, sometimes sparkly, sometimes tired, but always my own two feet forward.

Now my travel instagram has morphed into my own collective, after much time processing and adjusting to my concept. It’s done.
And I’m sitting in my calm now.
