Primary Jaw crusher hopper parent metal wall section replacement due to high wear. Huge prep, plenty of pre heat and a bucket load of welding for this 50mm thick billet of mild steel!

Gooseneck heavy plant trailer in for some crack repairs, CNC plasma cut webbing fitted up and overplating welded out. Will be getting new lift cylinder mounts, pressed infill braces and a fresh coat of paint!

New structural work and cat walk, designed, fabricated and installed by the crew out on a remote site.
This structure is designed to house a cone crusher control room, allowing our client to have all hydraulic power pack, electrical and crusher controller systems in an air conditioned control room right next to the crusher itself.

JOB COMPLETE!
We’ve recently fabricated and installed a new Terex Caninca feed chute for a respected client.
The fabrication for this job entailed us to do our engineering whilst the fixed plant was still in use, this reduced down time for our client.
The chute was fabricated out of 8mm mild steel plate with a full Bisalloy 550 grade custom wear package with rock ledge shelving for a controlled rock flow and easy-to-replace liner package.
Removal of the old chute and installation of the new all went smoothly and we look forward to working with our client again.
