I think it’s important to state that boundaries are important, and with audhd myself, I can easily become overwhelmed by info dumping or hyper verbal talks myself. I often find myself going from shut down mode to hyper-verbal with almost no transition period - it’s like my body and mind is finally like “yup I’m ready to process this” or “I need to talk about things I like to feel better”.
