Make Designed Objects

Here's a look at one of the three finalists for the inaugural Lord Mayor’s Small Business of the Year award.

Among the contenders is Patrick Coppel, owner of Make Designed Objects, who has infused good design into Melbourne homes.

They opened up in Carlton in 2003, establishing a tight bond with the community and building up an extensive list of loyal customers.

Thank you to everyone who’s ever had anything to do with Make be you staff, customer, supplier or whatever. We attended the GIA Awards in beautiful Chicago last night to pick up our award as Australia’s Homewares Retailer of the Year and walked away with the GIA’s Global Digital Commerce Award for Excellence in Online Retailing. Which is a whole lot of joy for someone who shares pictures of cows.😊
