Training blends calisthenics, functional strength, and mobility Strength with Confidence. I finish my Yoga Teacher training in 2018 and have had the pleasure to teach many the foundations of Hatha Yoga and meditation. My passion for wellness and fitness grew as I explored resistance training. In 2022 I pushed my body and mind to another level to compete in a bikini bodybuilding show in April 2023.

Move, stretch & unwind at Baloo Lounge on Wednesday the 20th of May at 5:30pm
Designed to help you shake off the stress of the day and reset, this 45-minute session begins with light bodyweight strength to build gentle stability, before easing into calming stretches to help you fully unwind and release tension.
Walk away feeling stronger, more mobile, and completely at ease.
After the session, you’re invited to stay, connect, and enjoy a relaxed chat. Baloo Lounge will be open for drinks if you’d like to wind down with a tea.
Free street parking is available right out front, with additional spots nearby.

My aim is to help you build confidence that carries into everyday life, and create more freedom in the way you move, feel about fitness, and live.

Sessions are $90 and include:
- Free initial 30 minute goal setting and movement assessment
- Your progress tracked
- Regular check ins and reassessments
- Programming for in and outside of sessions
- Free Workshop and event passes
Sessions are also held in the private gym space of BAR Fitness Redlands, so you don't have to worry about big crowds.
