We are SO keen to finally get the second first rally of the year underway... the second rally that should have been our first... we can't keep up, who cares - we're rallying!!

We're also incredibly grateful to the wonderful members of Fiona's aqua class, along with the friends and family of Dawn and Fiona, whose donations continue to help us make a difference.

Thanks to all of you, we've now raised an amazing **$7,090** for the Australian Cancer Council! 🎗️

🚗💨 IT'S OFFICIALLY ALL SYSTEMS GO! 💨🚗

After a few twists, turns and a slight delay, the Autumn Sh*tbox Rally is finally ready to roll, with the starting flag dropping on 11 July! 🎉

A massive shout-out to the legends at BoxRallies who have somehow managed to re-organise fuel, accommodation, food, drinks and even a slightly revised route to get us from Port Douglas all the way to Melbourne. We have no idea how they pulled it off, but we're very glad they did!

Meanwhile, Miss June is undergoing her final pre-rally preparations. This mostly involves gaffer tape, bits of wire, crossed fingers and an unhealthy amount of positive thinking. 🔧😂

Against all odds, she is still moving under her own steam and the Fast & Fabulous team is almost ready to hit the road.

A new cancer treatment delivered as an injection has shown promising results in patients with advanced head and neck cancer whose disease continued to progress after chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

In a clinical trial of 102 patients, tumours shrank in more than 40% of participants, while 15 patients saw their tumours disappear completely. Researchers say the treatment, called amivantamab, targets key pathways that cancer cells use to grow and survive, while also helping the immune system recognise and attack the disease.

$449,305 of these funds is powering groundbreaking research led by Dr. Ruth Pidsley in the fight against prostate cancer. Dr. Pidsley is pioneering the development of a novel epigenetic test that offers a more accurate way to determine tumour risk — especially for tumours that are often misclassified by current clinical tools. This means better diagnosis, more personalised treatment, and ultimately, more lives saved.

🚗✨ 50 DAYS TO GO! ✨🚗

The countdown is officially on… just 50 days until the delayed start of the Autumn Sh*tbox Rally as we prepare to take Miss June from Port Douglas to Melbourne in all her slightly questionable glory! We travel through regional and remote towns during the rally and provide support through spending $ - given the downturn in tourism in their high season, this support is being welcomed by the communities.

At the moment, Miss June is living her best life on a Gold Coast holiday 🌴☀️ — enjoying some sea air, a little pampering, and a few more tune-ups before the big adventure.

Are we confident she’ll make it to the finish line?
👉 Sort of.
👉 Kind of.
👉 Depends what noise that engine is making. 😅

🚗✨ Miss June Takes the Gold Coast! ✨🚗

Our golden girl, Miss June, has officially hit the road and made her way to the Gold Coast! 🌴☀️

With Fiona behind the wheel (praying to the Sh*tbox gods 🙏) and our lovely friend Michelle stepping up as chief navigator (aka snack distributor and moral support), with Phil following us in a proper car (just in case). She made it, looked fabulous and only coughed once, the adventure has begun!

We’re soaking up some sunshine and good vibes with the fabulous Jordan, Poppy and Zoey before the *slightly delayed but still legendary* Sh*tbox Rally, now kicking off in mid-July 🤞

Here’s hoping Miss June enjoys her little coastal holiday, behaves herself, and doesn’t decide to retire early on us… 😅
