Thankyou for awarding me the annual music award in the new lo-fi category.

This is well deserved. I shared alot of rough demos/mp3's on social media with my fans this year. Despite not formally dropping any official songs 😢 I still worked hard towards my goals! 👊

I made a saving on free delivery for second/backup straight mic stand, boom mic stand and sheet music stand. Threw it back on the Aussies. Such is life!

Also you can never have enough XLR's so I grabbed a 6 metre and the SM 58 Stage mic is ready to go w/ amplification through the bass amp speakers for performance practice.

Positive is that if more than two persons enter my booth, we have two condenser mic setups w/ isolation shields (One Aston Halo Reflection Filter plus one standard generic eBay job) and seperate interfaces (Pre Sonus 16 bit + 24 bit) to record more efficiently. The Aston Origin is brand new but will get loads of action and the Rode NT1A is giving me Lil Wayne vibes! Negative is that I'm likely the only rapper in my village - but u never know!

Gonna teach myself guitar - bass and electric. Had one lesson on the Cort a decade ago but the cheap electric has been dust gathering.

One thing I can confirm is that the studio will be freaking awesome! Especially with the addition of my two matching Smart LED floor lamps with music synch and existing lava lamp and USB RGB LED Disco Ball. 🧡

And when its time to unwind or playback recordings, my customised seven speaker home theatre package with AV Receiver (featuring Dolby Atmos) will pump out the good vibes, when the KRK Rokit's are idle. And if I'm not being modest enough, my new Sennheiser headphones are gonna shake the foundations with some head bopping action not seen since 99' straight outta the Bomfunk MC's Freestyler music video! 🎧

This is the new chapter and fresh equipment brings more acoustic quality and material! So Lesgo! 💥
