Some before and after pictures really hit the spot 😍 This renovation in Richardson is one of them. We removed internal walls to open up the new living space. Full renovation of living, dining, kitchen and laundry. Including new windows, all new sheeting, insulation, electrical, joinery and flooring. Update on or project in Gordon.

- Existing house internals stripped out.
- Garage base slab complete. Bricked up to next slab height with steel installed ready for bondek above. New area to be kitchen/ pantry and dining on suspended slab.
- Front and rear extension areas bricked up/ filled in ready for next slabs.

Once next slabs complete the whole roof structure comes off ready to be re framed/ new trusses to take its new shape.

New job underway in Gordon. Substantial extension and renovation to take full advantage of the views. Construction will take this dated 3 bedroom property to a modern 4 bedroom, study, 2.5 bathroom, 3.5 garage family home.

- Addition of 41m2 to garage area. Addition of 95m2 to living area. Giving a combined new total of 340m2.
- Full gut of existing house with new framework to suit layout.
- Complete re-roof including all new trusses to change shape of roof.
- Exterior finishes to consist of face brick, render and feature metal cladding.
- Complete start to finish job from planning to turn key.

This job will be full of challenges but we look forward to see it all come together.

New build underway in Chisholm. Total area of 207m2 to include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, under roofline double carport and alfresco.

Project in Theodore complete and ready for handover. We took this 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom property and turned it into a 4 bedroom + study / 2 bathroom home.

- Extension of 59m2 included new large living/dining room, master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite. 2.7m ceilings to new areas.
- Renovation to existing property including full repaint, new flooring, new robes, new air-con system and new double glazed windows throughout.
- Merbau deck to rear connecting new areas to backyard.

As always clients were a pleasure to work for and we are sure they will love their new family home for years to come.
