Wow what a day pumped out 81 meals almost singlehanded , dishes done , floor washed now time to go home and enjoy a cold shower and a cold drink in that order 😂

Ok kids just FYI this is a serve of a healthy green tick product honey soy chicken but only 10% chicken and 47% vegetable gum 😡

Ok so I just had a rep come and try and sell me pre made meals , curries ,casseroles bakes and roast meat that apparently are used by hospitals and aged care facilities that you just add veges to! Made from Australian and imported ingredients! Yuk !! The reason I started Jules Kitchen ! Real food made from fresh ingredients.

Ok kids, so Jules Kitchen is taking a new direction, I will still as always be cooking for my darling seniors and kids but with a keen interest in health and nutrition I am looking at branching out into fresh home cooked and delivered calorie controlled meals , these will consist of a selection of lunches and dinner meals and salads made with the best quality ingredients . The meals will be designed in conjunction with a qualified nutritionist and will be delicious and nutritious. So if your looking to eat better but don't have time to spend in the kitchen and shopping and preparing meals this is for you. For any info please feel free to contact me.love you xx

Happy 2016 kids, I've been quiet for a while now contemplating how Jules Kitchen can move toward and make the boss a wage pretty please :),so there are big changes cooking in the kitchen ! Stay tuned as soon as I can leave the stove I'll keep you updated . And the kidlets are back Monday so for my Treendale Primary friends we are desperate for some help in the canteen unfortunately all canteens require volunteers and we have 0,so if you have even a couple of spare hours please pop in .the canteen is speperate to Jules Kitchen so you will only be required to help with the school side and its lots of fun I promise xxHave a great 2016 kids :))

I just had the lovely Lyn tell me about a feind of hers who had been very Ill and rang her to say since we've been feeding her she's been so much better and how because of us she didn't have to go into care ..I am so blessed.:)
