How does a train service shut , before the last flights arrive?
The reply was no refunds after travel even though return portion not been used and its an open ticket to return anytime. I wanted a single and it was your staff that suggested return ticket. So unfair. My return journey should have been under $20 not over $35. So thanks airtrain. You obviously trained your staff well to make you lots of free money from incorrectly charging tourists.
Hey guys how do I get a refund for unused return tickets? Your staff upselling at the airport but may have made a mistake as they thought I was going back to brisbane airport. I'm not so need a refund of the difference. Thank you.
Its so convenient to catch the Airtrain and also very comfortable especially for travel to the Gold Coast😎
Air Train is an absolute joke. got off the plane last night and went to platform, waited half an hour then hear that the train is cancelled due to some delay so we have to wait another 35 minutes. Staff member said if we don't want to wait we can tap off and try and grab a shuttle. After being assured I wont get charged I got charged $25. Was told, I cant help you you need to go to the ticket window The guy there couldn't have cared less and said I had to ring Translink as its a Go Card matter not an Air Train matter. So I ring Translink and get told I will get my refund in 5 to 10 working days. When I asked why it took so long I got told its out of our hands as Air Train control it not us. I replied gee that's weird coz that's exactly what they said about you. Air Train blame Translink who in turn blame Air Train, meanwhile our fares go up every year and the service gets worse. Must be great to work in customer service where you can screw up and use the tired old line of, don't blame me its their fault. This is the LAST time I will ever use Air Train as you are unreliable and incompitent
About time 'Airtrain' thought of Seniors, regular travellers & locals. Please do not hide behind the contract, Sydney can do .. long ago.

It is cheaper to buy a ticket online than via the regular Queensland Public transport system. Time for a change ... ' Cap the week '
What a ridiculous price gouge (ie return trip $36 to the city) and a half hour wait between trains. Mediocrity at its best in Oz.
I am currently on the Airtrain traveling to the Gold Coast after flying into Brisbane Airport. I just want to thank and affirm the lady who is the conductor on this train. I ran from my plane as I wanted to get this train. Just making it I had a coughing fit with a really dry throat. I asked the conductor if there was water on the train and she said no. She then went and got her personal water bottle and gave it to me. She’s then proceeded down down the train seeking out customers who needed assistance in finding there way to their destination. She is a great model for excellent customer service and should be recognized.
Not impressed by how expensive your service is, compared to bigger cities like Sydney and Melbourne.

I travelled from the Domestic terminal to Eagle Junction. Two stops only (one of which was the Interanational terminal) and it cost $23.20! Even to go all the way into the CBD for that price is overboard.

This might be fine for a business traveller but it's a big disincentive for people (like me) who had a few hours to kill while in transit. Luckily I visited a Brisbane friend, so I made sure she dropped me back to the airport rather than pay another $23.20 for the return trip.

Not cool, airtrain!
Air Train is a rip off, it's cheaper to drive and park at the airport, the other night I brought someone to the airport to do the trip by airtrain it would of cost me over $60, I drove and parked at the airport for two hours and it cost only $22, so why bother catching the train!!!
Airport trains should run more frequently than twice per hour
Just heard an ad on 4bc and the radio presenter has to do a little "Whoo Whoo" at the end of your ad, he sound ridiculous and its demeaning. Take it out.

Airtrain connects passengers from the Brisbane Airport to the City in 20 minutes, and travels express to the Gold Coast. Airtrain services travel from Brisbane Airport every 15 minutes in peak (and 30 minutes in off-peak).
