Erin is the original founder and creator of Swallowtail and has poured an enormous amount of herself into building the business from the ground up. Creating something meaningful takes years of pressure, sacrifice and belief through the hard seasons, not just the good ones.
She’s never chased the spotlight, but the business, team and projects people see today are deeply shaped by her dedication and care over many years.
