You will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and accurate accounting.

The hours of work will be 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Working in a small & quiet team environment, duties will include but are not limited to;

· Accounts receivable & Payables
· Obtaining payment authorisations
· Account Reconciliation
· Invoicing
· Payroll / Superannuation Support
· Weekly and Month end reports
· Data entry into in-house transport system
· Administrative Support to Management
