DPH Building

Our recently completed master suite extension has come up a treat. The large area of custom sized windows now let's much more light in, styled to blend into the theme of the existing house. It has become a much better use of the old leaking veranda.

Works also included new internal carpets, led skylight, internal and external painting, and the lower level deck to be flat-sanded and oiled.

This project was done for another repeat client, thank you for choosing DPH Bullding again W and J!

A recently completed internal renovation, updating a existing bathroom and laundry, and adding in some understair storage, mud room and living room with extra storage cupboards. Beautiful camphor laurel feature shelving used throughout, this project has come up a treat. Thank you J and H!

Photos of an internal renovation completed last year. This house had the internal wall linings and ceilings removed, walls relocated, windows and sliding doors replaced, kitchen layout upgraded, and new flooring throughout. Now the servery window connects the new kitchen to the outdoors, and the entire home feels lighter and brighter. Thanks J and M!

A few completed pics of a recent bathroom renovation. The stone-look grey tiles really stand out against the matt white wall tiles, together with gun metal grey tapware and fixtures, is a world away from the 40 yr old bathroom we started with!

A few highlights of a recent renovation. New kitchen, floor tiles throughout, 2x new bathrooms, detached toilet, laundry and new feature wall in living room. Completed in sept 2022, pics up better late than never!

A few updated pics of our current project

Our current project is slowly progressing through the recent weather. Concrete block work retaining wall has been laid, corfilled, waterproofed and backfilled. The rear deck has been laid to start the bleeding process, and half of the existing structure has been removed to allow for the extension to be constructed.
