Generative AI isn’t just another technology cycle.
It’s compressing timelines, reshaping customer expectations, and quietly redefining what “competitive advantage” even means.
In our latest APAC Network conversation with Oriel Morrison, Frankie Leung 梁國權, Partner at Bain & Company, explores why generative AI may be the most powerful catalyst for business transformation in more than a decade.
From the Future of Work to Future Cities and the evolving tech landscape, Frankie explains how AI is forcing organisations to rethink how they operate end-to-end, not just automate tasks, but reimagine processes, decision-making and capability building.
Perhaps most importantly, he challenges the idea that transformation is a one-off program. In an AI-driven environment, transformation becomes continuous... a shift in mindset, leadership and organisational muscle.
For leaders across Asia Pacific, the message is clear: this is not about experimentation at the margins. It’s about readiness at the core.
