Hello! I wanted to introduce myself 👋🏽

My name is Jess & I am the Founder and Director of The Bounce Back Project!

I am a wife, business woman, personal coach, a friend to many but most of all a mum to 2 beautiful children!

The bounce back project was conceived (see what I did there 😉) mid 2021 in the middle of a pandemic! Moving forward @the_bounce_back_project will not only guide women but also support women to train for the comfort of their own home with their little ones around, as we all know leaving the house with young children sometimes never happens!

Having gained my certification in pre & post natal training & ex Diploma Qualified ECE continuing to work with parents and children will always be something I have a passion for.

I am super excited to launch not one but 2 Ebooks for Pre Natal & Post Natal training in the coming weeks 🙌🏽

There is so much happening BTS although it is overwhelming at times, I am so blessed to have networked with other small businesses to bring my dream to light!
