Shane Nicholson) To coincide with the 20th Anniversary reissue of indie-folk pioneers The Audreys’ breakthrough debut album, a reimagined Long Ride pairs lead singer Taasha Coates and Australian alt-country legend Shane Nicholson in a heartfelt duet. This new version also features Tom Kneebone on guitar and was produced by original collaborator Shane O’Mara.
Born from uncertain romance, the Cam Goodall penned song explores the limits of what we know and feel in relationships through warm harmonies, reflective lyrics, and a sing-along chorus—perfect for fans of Gillian Welch, The Civil Wars and Lucinda Williams-esque Americana ballads.
