Bathroom Ceiling Replacement

This one had been "repaired" multiple times and then we got the call to do it right.

While the ceiling was down we took the opportunity to replace all the insulation with R5 ceiling batts and install a new IXL 4in1.

New sheets, full flush, new cornice followed by a quality undercoat and Dulux Bathroom+ to ensure this ceiling stands the test of time 🙏🏼

Water Damage be gone 🪄

Cut out, new insulation, new gyp, full flush out, a quick sand and a bit of paint.

Just like new again 🙏🏼

Thus laundry ceiling was in desperate need of some TLC.... and by that I mean replacement 😅

New insulation, sheets and cornice all topped with fresh new paint to last a lifetime 🙏🏼

Fence Facelift
The team took care of a couple of strata dividing fences for a client.

Old rotting timber removed, new powder coated posts installed, good neighbour fence panels installed and a good clean up has this space looking better then ever.

Its not always the big statements or glamorous make overs - sometimes its just a full house correctly prepared ready for the clients painters to finish off.
Preparation is the most important stage of any project and that is why we were asked to take care of it 🙌
