Authentic Support

We got dumped by a mentee this week...

Thankfully, we weren’t ghosted, and it wasn’t over text… so we’ll take that as a respectful breakup.

But in all seriousness, this is exactly the kind of “breakup” we hope for.

When they first came to us, they wanted to build a community, make genuine friends, and start living a life they didn’t feel like they were watching from the sidelines.

Well… mission accomplished.

They’ve built their own connections, filled their calendar, and are so busy living life that they don’t have time for our mentors anymore.

That’s not losing a participant. That’s doing our job.

These are the outcomes that matter. The ones where support becomes less necessary because confidence, connection and independence have taken its place.

Here’s to more breakups like this. We can’t wait for the next one.
