Congratulations Chizzy Alichi
After years of waiting, praying, and holding onto faith — your arms are finally full, and your heart even fuller.

Welcoming your baby boy into the world is not just the birth of a child, but the loudest proof that delay is not denial. You carried grace through the silence, and now God has crowned you with joy.

May this new chapter be filled with laughter, love, and every blessing you once whispered in secret.

I rejoice with you — Mummy to a King!

A Good Father, But a Wounded Partner”

Today is Father’s Day in the Catholic Church.
And yes — I celebrate him. Because as a father, he shows up. He provides. He protects. He plays.
My kids adore him. And for that, I’m grateful.

But as a husband…
There are gaps. Big ones.
The love feels distant. The effort feels one-sided. The partnership I dreamed of? Half-built. Half-given.

It’s hard watching someone be amazing to your children but disconnected from you.

So today, I hold both truths:
He’s a good father.
But I’m a hurting wife.

If you're like me, trying to smile through it — I see you. You're not alone.
And one day, we’ll learn to celebrate without silencing our pain.

Happy Father’s Day… even from a heavy heart.

Doctor Said It’s Stress

Today I went to the hospital. I told the doctor I was feeling dizzy — I thought maybe malaria or low blood pressure.
She looked at me and said, “Madam, it's stress.”

Stress? Of course it’s stress!
I have four kids, one CS scar still whispering in my sleep, house chores that don’t end, and a baby who thinks sleep is optional.

But let’s be honest — stress is real, and if we don’t slow down, it will slow us down by force.

So here’s my gentle reminder to every superwoman like me:

Rest when you can. Sleep is not laziness — it's medicine.

Ask for help — you’re not a robot.

Laugh often, cry if you need to, then wipe your face and keep going.

And most importantly, protect your peace like your data bundle. Don’t waste it anyhow.

Dear stress, your rent has expired. It’s time to leave.

My life is so private, people don’t even know I’ve been using Eva water to cook for the past 10 years."

So my sister’s turkey laid eggs… but she refused to eat them!
Her reason?
She said, “I’ve never seen turkey eggs before, and I’ve never seen anyone buying or eating them.”

Fair enough—but here’s the fun fact:
Turkey eggs are not just edible, they’re super nutritious!

Here are some benefits of turkey eggs you probably didn’t know:

High in protein – great for building and repairing the body

Rich in vitamins – like B12, A, D, and folate

Healthy fats – support brain function and help absorb nutrients

Packed with minerals – iron, zinc, and phosphorus

Bigger and more filling than chicken eggs

They might not be common in the market, but that doesn’t make them any less valuable. Sometimes the rare things are the most powerful!

Would you eat a turkey egg if you had the chance?
Let’s hear your thoughts!
