Waterproofing of flat and walkable roofs is a key element in design and construction of buildings.
In our latest construction we have implemented a waterproofing membrane of the terrace with a new generation flexible composite sheet in polyolefin.

It acts as:

🔹Waterproofing membrane
🔹Vapor retarder
🔹Decoupling layer

The membrane is characterized by:

🔹A thickness of 1.25 mm
🔹A weight of 525g/m2 
🔹Flexibility in low temperatures reaching -35°C
🔹Tensile strength of the joints 160 N/50mm.

Hidroizolimi i tarracave të shfrytëzueshme është një element kyç në projektim dhe ndërtim.
Në projekt-zbatimin tonë më të fundit kemi realizuar hidroizolim të tarracës duke përdorur një membranë fleksibël kompozite prej poliolefine të gjeneratës së re. 

Membrana vepron si:

🔹 Element hidroizolues
🔹 Barrierë ndaj avujve
🔹 Shtresë izolimi ndaj çarjeve

Membrana karakterizohet nga:

🔹Një trashësi prej 1.25mm
🔹Një peshë prej 525g/m2 
🔹Fleksibilitet në temperatura që arrijnë deri në -35°C
🔹 Rezistencë në tërheqje në pikat lidhëse 160 N/50mm.

Layered Living: A home in steps.

Our latest project in Uji i Ftohtë, Vlorë, is a renovation and extension of an existing house. The design harmonizes with the natural hillside, reshaping the terrain to create functional and visually striking terraces that overlook the seaside. While the lower section of the house remains as the original structure, the top floor will be constructed entirely from the ground up, seamlessly integrating modern elements with the surrounding landscape.
