Matcha e vertete nuk eshte e hidhur!

Shume njerez thone qe nuk u pelqen matcha…
por e verteta eshte qe shumica nuk kane provuar matcha cilesore japoneze.

Ne kemi kaluar muaj duke kerkuar matcha premium nga Japonia qe te jete:
– natyralisht e embel
– pa shije bari te rende
– me ngjyre jeshile te thelle
– e perkryer per matcha latte dhe pije matcha

Prandaj shume kliente qe thoshin “nuk me pelqen matcha”…
sot kthehen çdo dite per nje gote tjeter.

Nese kerkon matcha te mire ne Tirane , ky eshte vendi ku duhet ta provosh.

E kemi kerkuar.
Kemi provuar shume lloje.

Disa ishin shume te hidhura, disa pa shije, disa vetem “te bukura ne ngjyre”.
Na u desh kohe derisa gjetem ate qe na bente te thonim: po, kjo eshte ajo qe do t’u sherbejme njerezve tane

Dhe pastaj erdhi pjesa tjeter:
si ta pergatisim siç duhet, qe te mos e humbim shijen me perzierje te gabuara.
Sot, kur dikush na thote“s’e dija qe matcha mund te ishte kaq e mire”,
e dime qe gjithe kjo pune ka vlejtur.

Nese ke provuar matcha diku dhe s’te ka pelqyer,
nuk do te thote qe s’te pelqen matcha.
Do te thote qe nuk ke pire matcha te mire
