We're looking to hire several mid-level React Native and Flutter developers to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation / Staffing: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- Design & Build: You will work on a Full-Stack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

Project: Instant massaging app with end-to-end encryption.
This is a prototype project, so the apps features will be limited.
Main focus will be secure real time communication

Duration: maximum 1 month

Requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in react native or flutter.
2. Experience in real-time communication project.
3. Experience in asymmetric encryption system.
4. Experience in node is a big plus.

Budget: $1300-$1500 project completion
Or
$8-$12/ hr as per experience and expertise

Process of hiring:

We`re looking for an Android Developer to join our professional development team. We`re expecting motivated individuals who will be responsible for developing new android applications and extending and maintaining existing applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality mobile applications, ensuring proper software design principle and architecture

• Analyze requirements and understand the deliverables

• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

• Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer

• Work closely with internal & external teams to fully understand the business process and requirements

• Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule

• Actively contribute to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, team and systems

• Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, XML, JSON and REST APIs

• Must have a strong knowledge of different versions of Android, how to deal with different screen sizes

- good understanding of version control (git) system
- CI/CD pipeline and deploy following the best practices
- Familiarities with TDD/DDD

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
