Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Sales & Operations Officer to manage vehicle sales, oversee office operations, supervise staff, and handle financial reporting using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and report directly to the company director.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relationship:
Manage sales of vehicles (new and used) and achieve monthly targets.

Communicate with customers, explain features, negotiate prices, and close deals.

Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Follow up with leads and identify new sales opportunities.

Office & Operations Management:
Ensure efficient daily operations of the office.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Manage office inventory and procurement of supplies and assets.

Staff Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate tasks of administrative and support staff.

Monitor staff performance and ensure effective collaboration.

Maintain discipline and productivity among the team.

Financial Management & QuickBooks:
Record and manage financial transactions using QuickBooks accounting software.

Monitor daily cash flow, expenses, and income.

Prepare regular financial reports and summaries.

Coordinate with accounting teams or external auditors.

Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance and financial reports.

Provide updates and reports directly to the company owner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and operations (experience in the automotive sector is a plus).

Certified and practical experience in QuickBooks is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in [English, Dari, Pashto – customize as needed].
