Ataraxia means a state of calmness, tranquility, and freedom from emotional disturbance or anxiety.
It comes from ancient Greek philosophy especially the teachings of Epicurus and the Stoics and refers to a peaceful state of mind where one is undisturbed by worry, fear, or desire.
In simple terms:
Ataraxia = Inner peace or mental serenity.
“I dig you” is an informal/slang expression that means “I like you”, “I understand you,” or “I appreciate you.”
It was especially popular in the 1960s–70s jazz and hippie culture, but people still use it today in a casual, friendly way.
Examples:
“You’re really funny, I dig you.” → I like you.
“Yeah, I dig what you’re saying.” → I understand/agree with you.

"Loose lips can sink ships" means that careless talk or sharing sensitive information can lead to serious consequences, especially in times of conflict or danger.
E.g. Ali told his friend about a surprise party, and the birthday boy found out. Someone said, “See? Loose lips sink ships!”
"If I had my way" means:
If things happened the way I wanted or If I were in control or had the power to decide.
It is often used to express a personal wish, preference, or ideal situation.
Examples:
If I had my way, we’d all get Fridays off from work.
"In one go" means doing something all at once, without stopping or taking a break.
For example:
"She drank the coffee in one go."
(She drank it all at once, without pausing.)
"He finished the book in one go."
(He read the entire book in a single sitting.)
