The numbers are in, and they're remarkable.
In just one week, Dubai's property market recorded AED 15.2 billion across 3,866 transactions with pure sales alone hitting AED 10.4 billion. Monday April 27 set the tone: AED 6.11 billion transacted in a single day across 1,360 deals.
Here's what the data tells us:
📌 Average price per sq ft: AED 1,840 — up 16.1% year-on-year
📌 Average deal size: ~AED 3.93 million
📌 Business Bay led all areas at AED 767M in weekly sales
📌 Two deals exceeded AED 100 million — Aman Residences (AED 171M) and Baccarat Residences (AED 121.8M)
April overall closed at AED 48 billion across 13,977 sales with off-plan dominating at AED 35.8 billion.
