Can't wait to do this all over again.
I didn't realise its gonna be memory one day I just knew I was having fun.
14th April 2018 ~ back in 🇦🇪
Stats: I was 62.9Kilogram I was able to maintain 11% body fat having 2meals a day consuming 2100kcal full of energy.
Routine: 50minutes of workout 6 days a week
Work: Night shift (9 hours)

I send my deepest and warmest prayers to every single one of you & your families that this Eid is a means of reconciliation, unity and peace. We praise Allah the Most High for allowing us to experience another blessed Ramadan, and pray that Allah Subhana wa ta'ala grants us the opportunity to see it again next year. .
May we leave Ramadan purer then it has found us, & I pray that we have utilised this month to create a stronger bond with Allah, His Quran and our beautiful deen Alhamdulillah. .
As Eid is here let us don't forget our Muslim brothers and sisters those are suffering, let us don't forget our Revert brothers and sisters .

It's gym is currently closed (and for good reason).
So here's a quick bodyweight Circuit workout you can do while you're self-quarantining because let’s be honest, aside from checking your fridge every other minute —what else you gonna do ?
*Instructions:
Perform all exercises as a circuit.
Meaning, perform one exercise for the required number of reps then move on to the next exercise then the next until you’ve completed all of them.
Then rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat the circuit for a total of 3-4 rounds.
If this is too easy (alright, Rocky, cool it), I'll be posting how to make bodyweight exercises harder in my next post.
