Stuffed Potatoes & Artichoke Hearts In Tomato Sauce:
Ingredients-
Beef:
800g Ground Beef🥩
1 Chopped Onion
Handful Pin Seeds
1 Tsp 7 Spices
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Sumac
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
Tomato Sauce:
3 Blended Tomatoes🍅
2 Minced Garlic Gloves
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Bouillon Cube (I used Maggi Beef Cube)
1 Cup Water💦
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
1/2Kg Small Potatoes🥔
1/2Kg Artichoke Hearts
Butter For Coating
Potato Seasoning Of Your Choice
Instructions-
Peel potatoes & cut little from both bottom sides to have a flat base then hollow their insides
Melt butter in a bowl & add seasoning
Line potatoes on baking sheet & brush with seasoned butter
Bake for 10 minutes on each side in a preheated oven
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp olive oil & sauté garlic until fragrant then add tomato blend,tomato paste,bouillon cube, water, salt & pepper & simmer for 10 minutes over low heat then transfer to baking platter
In another pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil then add onions & pine seeds & sauté until tender
Add meat, season with salt,pepper,cinnamon & 7 spices & cook well
Turn heat off & sprinkle sumac
Boil artichoke hearts is hot salted water for 10 minutes then drain
Stuff potatoes & artichokes with meat mixture & arrange in platter over tomato sauce
Cover with aluminum foil & bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until they are cooked
Serve with vermicelli rice

Wondering what to have for dinner tonight? Try out this quick, easy & super tasty steak recipe🥩:
Ingredients-
500g Steak
1 Chopped Onion
Handful Chopped Fresh Mushrooms 🍄
1 Beef Bouillon(I used Maggi Beef Cube)
3 Rosemary Sprigs
Butter(lots of it😌)
Worcestershire Sauce
Pomegranate Molasses
Pinch of Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions-
In a heated pan, drop some butter & add onions, sprinkle salt & pepper & sauté
Add mushrooms, sprinkle some cinnamon & cook for 5 minutes
Move onions/mushrooms aside & add steak
Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
Add beef bouillon, pomegranate molasses, Worcestershire sauce & rosemary sprigs
Cook until sauce thickens
Serve with mashed potatoe & steamed vegetables

Let’s Bake 🍪
Chocolate Sugar Cookies:
Ingredients-
2/3 Cup Granted Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil(Canola Or Light Olive Oil)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Salt🧂
1 Large Egg🥚
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 🍫
1 1/4 Cup Flour(You may need up to 2 Cups)
1/2 Cup Cold Unsalted Butter
Icing & Confetti for Decoration🎊
Instructions-
Blend butter, oil, sugar, vanilla & salt until mixture is smooth
Add egg & mix until incorporated
Mix in cornstarch & cocoa powder
Gradually mix in flour until dough gathers itself into a ball & pulls away cleanly from sides of bowl
Preheat oven
Roll & cut dough using a cookie cutter
Place on baking sheet & bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies look dry on the surface
Cool completely then decorate with icing & confetti

We just love a good old Lebanese Pea Stew
Ingredients-
1 Chopped Onion
500g Beef cut into Cubes
Frozen Peas & Carrots🥕
1 Potato Cut into Cubes🥔
1/2 Bunch Finely Chopped Cilantro
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
3 Blended Tomatoes🍅
1.5 Tbsp Tomato Paste🍅
1 Tsp 7 Spices
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
3 Bay Leaves
Hot Water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions-
Sauté onions & cilantro in olive oil & a sprinkle of salt & pepper
Add meat,7 spices & cinnamon & cook until meat is golden brown
Add potatoes & cook for 5 minutes then pour in frozen peas & carrots
Combine everything & cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add tomato blend, tomato paste, bay leaves & beef bouillon, cook for 5 minutes
Cover in hot water & simmer until everything is well cooked
Add butter & mix until well dissolved
Serve with vermicelli rice🍚

Because happiness is the smell of freshly baked olive bread🥖 :
Ingredients-
3 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
1/2 Cup Warm Water💧
1 Tsp Salt🧂
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Handful Diced Olives
Handful of Fresh Thyme (Or Dried)
Instructions-
Mix:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar
Half Cup Warm Water
Cover & set aside for 10 minutes
In another bowl, mix:
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Handful Diced Olives
Handful Fresh Thyme (Or Dry)
After 10 minutes, combine both mixtures Knead for 10 minutes to form a soft dough
Drizzle some olive oil in a pan
Divide dough into small buns & place in pan
Brush olive oil over surface of buns
Allow to rise for 1 hour
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until buns are well browned

*Note that you should leave some space in the pan between the buns for them to rise
Best served with-
•Labneh Mix:
Mix-250g Labneh with:
1 Tsp Fresh Mint
1 Tsp Fresh Oregano
1 Tsp Basil
Pinch of Dried Mint
Olive Oil Drizzle
•Baked Feta Cheese:
Place feta cheese in a pan
Drizzle with Olive Oil
Sprinkle Fresh Or Dried Thyme
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Bake at 220 degrees until feta top becomes brownish

How about some comfort Lebanese Kibbeh In Yogurt Sauce?
Ingredients-
Kibbeh Balls
1.5Kg Yogurt(Labban)
2 Large Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Grounded Rice(Or 2 Tbsp Cornstarch Instead Of Grounded Rice & Flour)
1 Tbsp Salt
Pine Nuts To Garnish
Instructions-
Mix yogurt,flour,salt & grounded rice while cold until well combined
Transfer mixture to pot & keep stiring until it boils on medium-heat
Once mixture boils,add kibbeh & simmer stirring occasionally until yogurt thickens
Transfer to serving plate & garnish with pine nuts
Bon Appetite!
*You can add minced garlic to yogurt mixture
*If you have grilled kibbeh ahead, simmer for 5 minutes while if you put kibbeh half cooked, simmer for around half an hour
*You know kibbeh is cooked when it floats on cooked yogurt

The Easiest & Creamiest Chicken Stroganoff!
Ingredients-
1kg Chicken cut into Cubes
1 Thinly Sliced Onion
2 Minced Garlic Gloves
1 Fresh Pack Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Cup Chicken Broth
300 ml Cooking Cream
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Nutmeg
Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions-
Cook chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg & worcestshire sauce
When chicken starts cooking, add onions & garlic
Stir in mustard then add mushrooms
Add cooking cream & chicken broth
Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 mins until chicken is well cooked
Serve with rice
Bon Appetite! *To make the mixture thicker; before adding cream you can add 1 tbsp flour & stir well until it absorbs the water, then add chicken broth

Farfalle in Mushroom Truffle Sauce:
Ingredients-
2 Cups Farfalle
Chopped Mushrooms Mix(I used One Mushroom Mix Pack+1 Portobello Mushroom)🍄 .1 Red Onion
2 Garlic Gloves
1.5 Tbsp Butter
1.5 Tbsp White Truffle Oil
1.5 Cups Fresh Cream
1/2 Cup Broth(I used Beef Broth)
Salt🧂& Pepper To Taste
Parmesan Cheese 🧀 For Garnish
Parsley For Garnish
Instructions-
Sauté onions & garlic gloves in 1 tbsp butter,salt & pepper
Add mushrooms & 1/2 tbsp butter
Cook until mushrooms wilt
Transfer into blender & blend until you obtain a creamy paste
Return to pan, add fresh cream, broth & truffle oil & cook until sauce thickens
Cook farfalle according to box instructions
Rinse in water & drain to prevent stickiness
Transfer to serving plate, top with mushroom sauce, Parmesan cheese & parsley

*You can add a bit of white wine to sauce

Little bit cheesy & a whole lot easy!
Try this delicious meatballs recipe:
Ingredients-
500g Ground Meat
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs🥖
2 Tbsp Ketchup🍅
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt🧂
1 Tsp Pepper
1.5 Chopped Onion
1 Minced Garlic
1.5 Cups Beef Stock
1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
2 Tbsp Flour
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese🧀
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
3 Chopped Mushrooms(optional)🍄 Instructions-
For the Meatballs:
Add beef in a large bowl with breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper,1/2 onion, parsley & cheese
Mix well & shape into meatballs
Cook meatballs in olive oil on all sides then set aside
For the Sauce:
In the same pan, add butter
Once melted, add 1 onion & mushrooms(optional)cook until soften
Add flour & garlic & fry for 1 minute
Slowly add beef stock & 2.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce & cook until sauce thickens
Add cream, 1 tbsp ketchup & paprika
Season with salt & pepper
Add meatballs back to pan & let cook until fully coated in sauce
Best served with mashed potatoes or noodles & steamed vegetables

*Add more water or beef stock if sauce seemed too thick

Warm weathers call out for soups too! Try out this Roasted Creamy Tomato Soup 🍅
Ingredients-
5-6 Tomatoes cut in half🍅
1 Cup Broth (Chicken or Vegetable)
1.5 Tbsp Tomato Paste🍅
1 Medium Sized Onion
3 Garlic Gloves
1/4-1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
1 Tsp Dried Basil(Or Fresh)
1.5 Tbsp Dried Thyme(Or Dried Oregano)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Parmesan Cheese 🧀 to Garnish
Instructions-
Preheat oven at 200c
Place tomatoes flesh side up, season with salt & pepper then flip over
Add garlic gloves & 1 tbsp thyme,drizzle in olive oil & roast in oven until wilted
Meanwhile,sauté onions in butter until golden & caramelized
Add tomato paste & balsamic vinegar
Stir for a couple of minutes until paste starts to brown
Add roasted tomatoes with their juice,basil, thyme & cook for a couple of minutes
Add broth & simmer for 30 minutes on low-heat, stirring occasionally
Using your immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth, add cream & simmer for another 5-10 minutes
Add salt🧂& pepper to taste
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese🧀

Ingredients-
1 Loaf of Italian or French Bread🥖
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
2 Minced Garlic Gloves
1/4 Cup Dried Oregano (Or Thyme or Parsley)
1/4 Cup Granted Parmesan Cheese 🧀 (Optional)
Instructions-
Preheat oven at 350
Slice bread in half lengthwise & place on a baking sheet
In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, oregano (& cheese if used)
Spread over cut bread loaves
Bake for 5-10 minutes then switch oven over to broil, & broil for 2-3 minutes or until the top of the bread are golden brown
Cut into slices

“Eat Spaghetti To Forget Your Regretti” Kinda Friday!
Ingredients-
250g Minced Meat
1/2 Spaghetti Pack
1 Chopped Onion
3/4 Jar Bolognese Sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano
Instructions-
Cook onions in olive oil until translucent adding salt & pepper
Add meat & cook well
Once meat cooks, add 3/4 jar Bolognese sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt & pepper
Add meat mix to half pack cooked spaghetti & simmer on low heat for 5 minutes
Voila!
*You can add 1 tbsp tomato paste & water to sauce making it juicer 🍝 🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝🍝

The Juiciest Chicken Eveeeeeer!
Honey🍯Butter Chicken
Ingredients-
500g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Salt & Pepper To Taste
3 Tbsp Butter
Honey Drizzle
Parsley To Garnish(Optional)
Instructions-
Place flour, lemon pepper seasoning, salt & pepper in a zip bag
Add chicken, seal & shake until well coated
Set in fridge for an hour
Melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet over medium-high heat
Add chicken & cook on each side until chicken is cooked through
Set aside
In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter & drizzle honey to remove all the extra brown bits
Soak chicken in sauce & enjoy😌!
