We’re looking for someone who can create tailored, persuasive proposals that highlight Altamont’s value in areas such as Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning (MERL), Policy, Strategy, Training, and Capacity Development.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from research to submission
- Craft responses that align with RFP requirements and Altamont’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with our team to ensure proposals meet brand standards and are delivered on time
- Provide insights and expertise to articulate complex aspects of our services effectively
- Drive impactful work that supports Altamont Group’s mission of creating positive change globally

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 3+ years of experience writing successful proposals for the humanitarian/development sectors
- Expertise in MERL, Policy, Strategy, Training, eLearning, and Capacity Development
- Proven track record of winning RFPs and delivering high-quality proposals on deadline
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a remote, independent work setting
- Analytical skills to link findings to program recommendations
