QUBE Development has successfully completed the first portion of the foundation pour at our landmark Business Bay development, marking an important step forward following the appointment of ASGC as main contractor.

The milestone reflects our disciplined approach to ex*****on, transparency and commitment to progressing ELIRE Managed by LUX* towards its scheduled Q4 2028 handover.

Together with ASGC and The Lux Collective, we continue to bring the vision for the Middle East’s first LUX* branded residences closer to reality.
