After my latest trip to Japan, I’ve come to truly appreciate matcha, which inspired me to create this new dessert for our menu:

Thailand is one of those countries where it’s impossible not to be touched by the warmth of its people’s smiles and the genuineness of its food.

This is my version of the famous mango sticky rice.
A tribute to the simple beauty of true things.
