🥋 Started judo at 5.
Competed for over a decade.
At 18, a knee injury ended it all.
Doctors recommended surgery—
But I chose a different path.
🧠 I studied fitness biomechanics.
Rebuilt myself—no surgery, no shortcuts.
Came back through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu…
And in just 1 year, I became an Asian Champion in BJJ.
All while working full-time as a coach.
