Fireside chat with and I couldnt help asking a question when there couldnt be a better person to ask it than him. How do wealthy people think. I sit with many because im not wrong about social media and my “being right” about it gets me an audience with all sorts of wealthy people and thats great. Some wealthy people, i see them and I get why. Others, there’s something missing. So during one of my sessions with Mark i thought lets dive into this subject and he, because its clear why he’s up there in the list of the wealthy, would give me a detailed and logical answer. And he did.

…. Being the camera man, being the editor, writer, coach, social media therapist, punching bag, smiter of those that ought to be smote, willing olive branch giver, loser, winner, respected, ignored…. So many things. Thats why i love it.

I find that I cant get interested in people who are mega successful in real estate, but are not driven to create a positive impact around them esp by using the power of social media. I respect their success their work ethic, but i see clearly that when asked about why wouldnt they put it out there for more people to learn from and follow (in the footsteps), the answers are a mixture of small little insecurities and mainly their disdain for quote “the bu****it everyone else puts out”. Which i find baffling because anyone else’s bu****it (which it is in your opinion), has nothing to do with you. So when i see that, and i loom at all the success, i find it to be a weird combination. I wish for that to be diferent

Its very seldomthat in a super competitive business environment you meet just simply genuinely good dudes. And im not even a cynic saying that, i just love everyone and everyone is good. But im saying people dont allow themselves to be good because they feel they’ll lose out. But im talking about genuinely good dudes like . There’s positive energy and negative. This guys a walking talking positive energy guy and its brilliant to watch 👌👌

Half of what makes a good video, is good audio. Even if everything looks as bad as it does here ☝️, if the message adds value and the audio is good, the look doesnt matter that much. I really believe that.
