Mozzarella sticks 😍

Ingredients:

- 12 mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Marinara sauce for dipping

Directions:

1. Freeze the mozzarella sticks for at least 30 minutes to ensure they hold their shape during frying.
2. In three separate bowls, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and combine breadcrumbs with garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt in the third.
3. Take each mozzarella stick, coat it in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and roll it in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each stick is thoroughly coated.
4. Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a tray and freeze them again for about 15 minutes.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
6. Carefully lower the mozzarella sticks into the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crisp.
7. Remove the sticks from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
8. Serve the mozzarella sticks hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
