Altitude: About 1500m.
Process: Wet processed (washed).
Body of Coffee: Medium to Full body.

This blend comprises of 3 different coffee cultivars of which 1 is of African origin and 2 of South-American.
Due to this mixture, it has a nice heavier body and creamy feel than the Modern Blend as well as a higher acidity. There are light fruit and floral tones with rich & smooth chocolate undertones.
A diversity of roast colors will be seen which adds to the uniqueness of this coffee. It produces very nice aromatics.

Altitude: 1550-2200 m.a.s.l.
Process: Washed.
Body of Coffee: Medium, Smooth body.
Acidity: Subtle acidity.
Cup profile: Clean, bright, with a diverse flavor set. Fruit, citrus, chocolate are just a few of the main flavors one can find in this cup.

Usually these characteristics are attributed to a particular style of roast or a roast brand.

In most cases the roasting equipment is the cause for bad & undesired flavors.
