SEED is seeking an intermediate Architect/Designer/Interior Designer to join its growing practice in Bangkok, Thailand.

SEED is an international design practice based in Singapore, Bangkok and Milan. We work on a wide range of projects spanning from interiors to architecture and planning. Our passion is to envision, design and develop projects that can change the way we see and construct our world.

We promote a collaborative and collective design process and we are now looking to expand our core team to take care of a raising number of projects in South-East Asia.

Job Responsibilities

-Actively participate in the design process at all stages from Concept to Detail Design
-Making study models, preliminary proposals, case studies, analysis and all kind of research work at project’s inception
-Preparing presentations to clients
-Developing detail drawings and producing technical drawings sets with the supervision of Senior/Director
-Occasionally liaising with suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure proper coordination

Qualifications & Skills

-3-5 years working experience
-Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture
-Strong conceptual and design skills
-Strong presentation skills
-Knowledge of technical drawings and details
-Ability to read and correctly interpret mechanical, electrical, structural drawings and other consultants’ drawings
-Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Indesign
-Command and experience in Interior Design a plus
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Fluent in written and spoken Thai
-Excellent communication skills
-Team player and strongly motivated to excel in the field of Architecture and Design
-Proactive attitude
