In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the sour cream & ranch-style dressing mix. Mix in the bacon bits & Cheddar cheese. Chill in the refrigerator 20 mins or longer before serving. Enjoy it with some chips and let us know what you think!

Preheat oven to 425F. Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat & cook until evenly brown. Drain grease. In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese & Parmesan cheese. Spoon about 1T sausage mixture into each jalapeno half. Arrange stuffed halves in baking dishes. Bake 20 mins in the preheated oven, until bubbly & lightly browned. Serve with Ranch dressing. 8oz rotini pasta, 1lb. lean ground beef, 1 small onion, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 4oz sliced pepperoni sausage, 2C shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350F. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta & cook for 8-10 mins or until al dente; drain. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef with onion until beef is brown. Drain. Combine beef mixture with spaghetti sauce, pepperoni & cooked pasta & pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven for 30 mins, until cheese is melted & golden. Enjoy!

1T seasoned salt, 1t ground black pepper, 1T garlic powder, 1T onion powder, 1T ground paprika, 2t Worcestershire sauce, 1t liquid smoke flavoring, 4 bone-in pork chops
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat & lightly oil the grate. In a bowl, mix together the seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce & smoke flavoring until thoroughly combined. Rinse pork chops & sprinkle the wet chops on both sides with the spice mixture. With your hands, massage the spice rub into the meat; allow to stand for 10 mins. Grill the chops over indirect heat until no longer pink inside, about 12 mins per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145F. Allow chops to stand for 10 more minutes before serving. This week's recipe to try is: Honey Grilled Shrimp
1/2t garlic powder, 1/4T ground black pepper, 1/3C Worcestershire sauce, 2T dry white wine, 2T Italian-style dressing, 1lb. shrimp peeled and deveined, 1/4C honey, 1/4C butter, skewers
In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, black pepper, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, wine & salad dressing; add shrimp & toss to coat. Cover & marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat grill for high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail & once near the head. Discard marinade. In a small bowl, stir together honey, melted butter & remaining 2T Worcestershire sauce. Set aside for basting. Lightly oil grill grate. Grill shrimp for 2-3 mins per side, or until opaque. Baste occasionally with the honey-butter sauce while grilling. Enjoy!
