We had a visit from the FPYC eagles today. Itโ€™s a team of young soccer players that want to learn proper form and technique. As they get older and want to become stronger in their sport, itโ€™s essential to learn these things to become better athletes. It was a fun day! #riseup

We had an incredible experience at the GoApe Aventure in Springfield over the weekend. It was a day of ziplining and scary obstacles to get through but we pulled this off as a team! Nothing beats hard work along with laughs and awesome memories! #community #uafam

One of the latest equipment we have here at Underground Athlete is the K-box which brings flywheel training into the picture. This allows you use concentric action when pulling into the strap and also has you apply eccentric muscle force as itโ€™s pulling you back down. It can be used for various muscle groups and going back and forth makes this exercise seem endless! When done right, it can be quite a burner ๐Ÿ˜ #riseup
