#TBT Balancing your diet can be as easy as finding a substitute for certain foods. Look at the calories you can save by simply switching out the sour cream for greek yogurt.

Ways to use greek yogurt include:
-Ranch Veggie Dip
-Taco Topping
-Dipping Sauces (like tzatziki sauce)
-When baked goods call for sour cream

We are going over the bench press! We are talking about the elbows staying tight and driving throught the legs!

-BCAA's -- THEY are the building blocks of protein that are necessary for the growth and repair of muscles and tissues. The amino acids in supplemental BCAA mixes are Leucine, Valine, and Isoleucine. They help prevent post-exercise muscle soreness by hindering exercise-induced muscle damage and helping stimulate growth and repair.
