[03/14/20]   Dear students and parents,

The events of this past week have been a whirlwind for us all.

In response to Covid-19, we are adopting the following policies:

New Virtual Option via the Zoom platform. Zoom lessons are a nice easy option, just let your instructor know that you'd like to give this a try and he/she will send you an email with a link to your scheduled meeting time. All you will need to do is set up a free account on https://zoom.us and use a laptop with internal mic and camera. We did a few of these last week and it worked out great! At this point we are making this optional. We will update you if we need to move fully to this platform in the interest of safety.

One-on-one In-studio lessons will still be offered by both instructors, Jim Cash and Ashley Cash. We can be flexible with scheduling if you’d like to find a new time. Please be assured that we are taking extra cleaning precautions in the studio. We request that guitar students be sure to bring their own guitar picks and capos for lessons. And of course, if you or someone in your household are not feeling well, please stay home and either cancel or opt for the virtual lesson instead.

One-on-one in-home lessons with Monty Smith and Jim Cash will still be offered based on your preference/ level of comfortability.

Billing – we request that you pay your monthly bill on time for the original amount. If you are having financial difficulties, we will honor your need for refunds or credits. Please do keep in mind that this is our livelihood in addition to performance and many of our dates have been canceled for the next 4 weeks or more.
We believe that music is a powerful tool for relieving stress, anxiety, and in these long days at home, can brighten the spirits of the entire household!

Thank you all for your continued support,

Jim and Ashley Cash
