Top five reasons I run at 5 AM.
Number 1. Traffic doesn’t exist.
Number 2. The temperature is always right.
Number 3. Wild life does exists.
Number 4. By the time I’m finished I know I’ve spent about an hour on ME time and I know I am worth it.
Number 5. The benefits of one hour of exercise far out weighs the extra hour of sleep.
