[03/23/20] As many of you may be watching the t.v. right now.... effective tomorrow at noon the gym will be closed until April 7th. We have been fortunate to have been well below the number of 10 during class times but now the Stay at Home order will be in effect.

EFFECTIVE MARCH 19TH:
Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19 Phase 2 Fitness will be reducing their class schedule until March 29th. These will be the only available classes:
Monday: 8 a.m. ; 4:30 & 5:30 p.m.
Tues: 8 a.m.; 4:30 & 5:30 p.m.
Wed: open gym will be from 5-7 p.m.
Thurs: 8 a.m.; 4:30 & 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:30 a.m. & 5 p.m. ; open gym 5-7 p.m.
Sat: 6:30 a.m.
All specialty classes are still ongoing
Thank you for your understanding during this trying time for everybody! I know the gym is an essential part to one's mental health and we are trying to keep a happy medium with everything ongoing. This schedule is subject to change.
